Dalton was amazing to work with. He showed up and was able to find us the right carpet in the price range we wanted. The installers came and were very professional and fast! Very nice group to work with. I would use them again for any future flooring needs.

Dalton at Carpet One was a big help in picking out the right flooring for our new home. Their prices were good, and they worked hard to make sure the finished product was exactly what we envisioned. We will use them again!
You’d be better off saving your money and going anywhere else. They sold me on carpet with a pet stain warranty and they won’t even honor the warranty after YEARS of back and forth on trying to get them to come out and address the warranty issue. To quote them “we’ve never had anyone make a warranty claim” which tells me this is the way they plan to handle warranty issues. They ask for photos again and again and never respond. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place and especially Dalton. I shopped the store looking for carpet for my closet. It was a small job, expensive and most places didn’t follow up with me or send me estimates. Dalton followed up, made suggestions, checked with manufacturers for alternative options that might be more affordable.
