A salesman came out and took measurements and allowed my partner and I to look over their samples without feeling pressured. We received the price via email a day later and we decided that day to go with Carpet Outlet. The price they gave us was very reasonable. They even gave me a free area rug for our new home! Great selection at various price points. Listened to my needs and budget, didn't try to upsell me. Those big box stores wanted to charge me hundreds more for more expensive carpet that I really didn't need based on my use. The installation was quick, excellent job. I absolutely love my new carpet, and will most definitely use them again.
Vlad very honest and knowledgeable, he showed up for in house estimate on time and suggested I come to the store for a better deal on carpet. I looked at Lowes and it was almost twice the price, needless to say I went with his quote and suggested carpet and everyone is more than pleased, quick efficient installation, they will be recommended from this point forward
