I can’t say enough good things about Carpet Specialists. I made the mistake of going to another carpet store first. When I first went to Kinnairds, they said they would work with me to get my carpet installed before my out-of-state move. However when the employee came out to measure, he quoted a date after my move and refused to accommodate me. I then went to Carpet Specialists and they could not have been nicer, more thoughtful and more cooperative. Within two weeks my carpet was expertly installed. The installers were fast, efficient and respectful. Five stars to Carpet Specialists!

The absolute best. We will never use another for our future flooring needs. Our first encounter was with Brittany who measured the room our flooring was going to be put in, she was super kind and helpful. Next, we were contacted by our salesperson Greg, he was helpful, friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and his suggestions proved to be incredibly useful. Flooring was installed in one day, carpeted stairs, another. Both staff were friendly, quick, yet thorough, and did a phenomenal job. I have heard horror stories about luxury vinyl being installed wrong but we stepped on every plank before moving our furniture back and they’re secure and absolutely gorgeous. It’s been a long time since we have had any work done to our house HASSLE FREE so thank you so much to literally every staff member we encountered. We appreciate your professionalism so much.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Denise helped me pick out colors/styles and they look fantastic. John kept me updated as there was a delay in the product shipment. He was apologetic but reached out to me on more than one occasion. This was no surprise as most everything has been delayed in shipping over the past year. When the time came to install, I was contacted and told when they would arrive. The installers were professional. It did take them a little longer than I thought but they worked hard and everything looks fabulous. It is not my first time using Carpet Specialists and will not be my last.

I posted on my Facebook page; however, it's well worth repeating. Absolutely remarkable experience. Mike, Jackson, Josh and Marcus came to refinish my hardwood floors. Mike assured me there would be NO DUST. He was right. There was NO DUST and there was NO SMELL. We did NOT have to leave our home at all. They have cleaned my carpets several time and one very large area rug has to be taken into the shop to be cleaned. Kevin is the BEST ever for picking up and returning this rug. It is REALLY BIG and I have a great tendancy to want to help. He does not allow my 75 year old fingers to pick up and move anything. Amazing, professional employees. So grateful for their service.

I recently had my hardwood floors refinished and was absolutely amazed that this was such a WONDERFUL experience because Mike, J., Josh and Marcus were so professional. Mike assured me there would be NO DUST. When they finished there was NO DUST. There was NO SMELL. We did not have to leave our home at all. I have had them clean my carpets and one area rug they have to take into the company. Kevin is the BEST for picking up and delivering. Amazing company, fabulous experience.
