I can’t say enough good things about Carpet Specialists. I made the mistake of going to another carpet store first. When I first went to Kinnairds, they said they would work with me to get my carpet installed before my out-of-state move. However when the employee came out to measure, he quoted a date after my move and refused to accommodate me. The absolute best. We will never use another for our future flooring needs. Our first encounter was with Brittany who measured the room our flooring was going to be put in, she was super kind and helpful. Next, we were contacted by our salesperson Greg, he was helpful, friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and his suggestions proved to be incredibly useful. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Denise helped me pick out colors/styles and they look fantastic. John kept me updated as there was a delay in the product shipment. He was apologetic but reached out to me on more than one occasion. This was no surprise as most everything has been delayed in shipping over the past year. I recently had my hardwood floors refinished and was absolutely amazed that this was such a WONDERFUL experience because Mike, J., Josh and Marcus were so professional. Mike assured me there would be NO DUST. When they finished there was NO DUST. There was NO SMELL. We did not have to leave our home at all. I have had them clean my carpets and one area rug they have to take into the company. Kevin is the BEST for picking up and delivering. Amazing company, fabulous experience.

Forewarning this will be a long and negative review. I have never had a worst experience than my dealings with Carpet Specialists. In mid-September 2018 we put a 50% deposit down to have carpet installed in my large walkout basement (which includes a living, sitting area and two bedrooms), as well as the stairs leading to the main floor and our master bedroom. Installers arrived late morning 9/26 (already a few hours behind) and on top of that took an hour and a half lunch…. even though they had just arrived; per my dad who ... read more

We contacted two carpet companies to replace 1100 sf of carpet on the upstairs of our home. We went with Carpet Specialists because they appeared to be the more professional of the two and were helpful on the phone, as well as having a great price. On Friday before the install we received a call that the installers would be at our house between 8:30 and 9:00, probably closer to 8:30. I own a company and left work to be at the house by 8 am.
