I could not be happier with Martha and her entire team at Carpet Station. They were on time, clean, polite, and didn't cut any corners. Their work is superb. I was referred to her thru my realtor as my mother has just past away and I was to renovate the family home of some 50 years. The home needed a lot of help to bring it to market standards (the place needed a full gut job on the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and paint). Worst experience ever!!!!! We've owned 3 homes and never had an issues with carpet until now! We purchased carpet through Sam's club a year and a half ago. The carpet started to bubble and ripple everywhere. We contacted carpet station over the course of months just to be ignored. They finally came out and stretched the carpet. But the problem continued again. We waited months for them to come out and stretch our carpet a 2nd time. The problem never went away it only got worse so I contacted Sam's club. Worst experience ever! We purchased carpet from them through Sam's club. Initial installation went well. Then after about a year and a half our carpet started to ripple and bubble. I called carpet station multiple times over the course of several months just to be put off. They finally came out and stretched our carpet only for the bubbles and ripples to return.
