Our recent experience with the Pickering location was very disappointing and unproductive. Our Whitby location, which was excellent and why we pursued this company to begin with, has closed unfortunately. Arranged for a measurement quotation for 5pm on a Monday, at which time the salesman called to say he was serving a customer who came in "without" an appt and did we still want him to come??
