Dishwasher flooded the house. Went to Lowes and Home depot, no service or product knowledge. Went back to Carpet USA and as in the past we were greeted and helped completely thru the process of what we thought we needed and what was absolutely the best for us and at the best price anywhere. Carpet USA did a great job with getting our flooring to us. We did the install on that and was easy. The carpet, was done by an AWESOME husband and wife team. They came in, set up... etc..etc.. etc.. 3 hours later new carpet in the living room. I want them to know that they did great.. Please pass that along Carpet USA.. We went to two other flooring stores in Vancouver (terrible experiences) before we lucked out here. Night and day difference. Tawny took a long time listening to what we wanted and then showed us different choices, educating us along the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. . Bjorn came to our home for an estimate. Again extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Then the installers came (Hilario and Erik), on time and did the job. Again, really nice people, quick and clean!!!
