Carpet weavers installers came to my 72 year old fathers house to do a tear out and install of all new carpet in his 2,400 square foot home. The installers got there and refused to remove the carpet as it was too stained for them to touch. Mind you someone from carpet weavers came out to measure and didn’t say a word about not being able to do a removal. The tear out was listed on the purchase order. My wife and I just recently purchase hardwood flooring for our new home at Carpet Weavers Springfield. We looked a A******** engineer floor and found exactly the color and style we wanted. We were told they purchase directly from the factory and could offer a good price. The flooring came in the wrong color, I complained to A******** only to find out the product was not made by A********. I then complained to Carpet Weavers and was told they never said what factory. They were careful not to put a brand name on the invoice. N... read more
