I would never recommend Carpet Weavers to anybody. I purchased ********* hardwood flooring from the Springfield location. I was told that Carpet Weaver purchased a large amount on the color I picked out and the price was lower because of their purchase. The flooring was delivery and part way installed only to find out it was a knock off brand from Cambodia. When I question the product not being ********* I was told, show them off the invoice anywhere it said it was *********. Very disappointed in the way they bait and switch... read more

I would never recommend them to any one the workers lied to me about coming out to finish the carpet. I payed half of the balance before they started the job and the other half they said i had to pay when the job was done. They never finished my carpet, the worker told me he would be back to finish the carpet. They called me to pay off the balance before the job was done, so I went in to the store to get something in writing stating there wouldn't be an issue when they get ready to come complete the carpet now that I payed o... read more
