1 star is generous. I had new carpet installed and it was a disaster. Adjoining hardwood floor was ruined, all carpet "finishing" was done incorrectly and looks terrible, the metal strip between rooms was dented and ruined, and the seams of the carpet look awful. New hardwood must be ordered and installed and much of the carpet installation must be redone, which will need more carpeting ordered as no remanents were left.
