Poor communication and service, and very unprofessional salesman Terry Mack.
I have been going back and forth on what to write as my review. This last month and a half has been very stressful. We had LVP installed in our upstairs and the flooring was incorrectly installed at first to the point where the warranty would have been invalid on the planks themselves. After going back and forth with Bob, the install manager, the floors were finally completed correctly. For that I am grateful, but it was a headache to get to this point.
