Terrible job. We had a bid to remove the old tile. Instead Carpet world went over the old tile, consequently causing the refrigerator to not fit properly. It was jammed in the wall, and the door would not close properly. I stood there telling the installer that this would happen. He didn't seem to care. We had to wait 1 week after they installed a portion of the carpet, and ran out of the brand design supply. The mop board was cracked and we had to call on that. I was highly disappointed with the installation of new hard wood floors by Carpet World. The hard wood was installed over a deteriorating subfloor which was never brought to my attention. The bad subfloor should had been obvious to an experienced installer. Apparently, there was no moisture test. From what I understand, a moisture check is standard operating procedure.
