In April we purchased a carpet from William King at Carpet One in San Marcos. The original installation date was postponed on the evening before the installation due to a booking error. We rescheduled and chocked it up to error. The installers came in on a Saturday and installed our carpet. They took up our old carpet and proceeded to put down the new carpet. No stars but this site won't let you do that ... I went into contract with this company on 9/11/17. 10% deposit they took. I asked for a 9/18 start date. On 9/15 they called after I packed up my rooms to be tiled and told me they could do the job on another date of 9/25. On 9/22 I called my sales rep., he confirms "yes" they're coming on the 25th. This place is awful.They put 2 vinyl floors in both bubbled up to become unusable.Now they refuse to give me my money back[$1483.00}they wont put you in contact with the owner..i have legal action pending against these jerksYyou desal with them you lose your moneyI think its a scam.We are in our mid70's and cant afford to lose this money Try and contact the owner name is MELKON MARKARIAN They wont let you speak to him STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. .

Fantastic store. Convenient location, very clean and organized show room, not filled with outdated and out of stock material. Very knowledgeable staff, with a great design sense.
