From my visit to the Bailey's Crossroad's location, it was clear that Mike was very knowledgeable about carpet. He took the time to educate me about different carpet and padding options. He gave me approximate estimate based on my floor plan and came to measure in-person within hours. Vigan and Mike are fantastic! We purchased stair runners and LVT from Carpetland, and not only did they give us a great price, but the installation was top-notch. We were so impressed we went back to purchase area rugs as well. If they have the carpet or laminate flooring in stock, the prices are outstanding. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the market for flooring, carpet, or area rugs.

The salesman, John Y., is an exceptional professional. Our experience with him, from beginning to beyond the end, was a standard of excellence in service. John should sincerely teach others how to provide such extraordinary service. John was knowledgeable about the products, had tremendous suggestions, assisted to have the work dine in the limited time we had, and graciously worked with our budget. I think these guys do a good job. Here is my experience; OK - when I spoke with (John Y the sales person) I told him premium carpet and I knew exactly what my square footage or yards measurement for area I needed done. John was very professional and quoted me a price on Mohawk carpet, pad and install that was excellent. I also researched price and knew his bid was very competitive. Perfect install and easy payment on credit card. I would buy from Baileys Crossroads Carpetland again!

Had good initial experience, but it really depends on who you luck out with at the store. Jon is great, but everyone else there could care less and basically tell you to go pound sand or shop at Home Depot. The post-purchase customer service is also horrendous. My product arrived over 3 weeks late and I received no apology whatsoever, and when I needed additional pieces to complete the project, I was grossly overcharged.
