Decided that it was time to get my carpets changed, so Carpets N More was my choice! A bit overwhelming when I saw the dozens of options they had to choose from. I thought it was going to be a breeze- Nope ! There were alot of steps to be taken to make the right choice ! Paul, Lyle and Steve were very attentive and accommodating through the entire process. This company installed our flooring and did a terrible job. Now they refuse to come back and fix the issue, honestly because I believe they have no idea how to fix it! So we're just stuck with vinyl plank flooring that creaks and pops like it's old hardwood. The flooring installation manager here is an absolute idiot. Save yourself some time and headache by choosing somewhere else, please!
WOW! Paul came out to do an estimate while my house was being built he was very nice and the price was right, when the house was officially ours I paid for the work online and the contractor was out within a week to do our flooring. The guy who came Martin was so nice and kind, very efficient he never stopped working. He put everything back just how it looked before hand (baseboards caulked and everything) ! When I am ready to do more work I will 1000% contact Carpets N More hands down!
