TOP QUALITY COMPANY I have used this company twice this year. Both experiences were absolutely exceptional. Jeff helped me find the flooring of my choice. I went with Luxury Vinyl Plank....stunning! Jeff Critchlow was the BEST sales representative to work with at CarpetPluse COLORTILE. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient with all of my questions. He always provided quick replies and definitely made me feel like a valued customer. The installers (Willie and Gary) were also AMAZING! I’ve used them for all my flooring needs for the last 6 years and each time the quality of products, customer service and installation has been excellent. The selection of products is amazing and they have very knowledgeable staff to guide you on your home remodeling or new build journey. The communication along the way was very helpful and consistent. Jeff and Craig were great! Jeff is well organized, communicates promptly and is very respectful to make sure everything is done right. I gave 4 stars just because the carpet wasn't installed properly the first time and it took some back and forth. However they were great to work with and wanted to make sure it was done correctly.
Jeff was great to work with, as was everyone else with interacted with at CarpetsPlus. We came in many times to look at samples and Jeff answered all our many questions. We previously used them to tile a bathroom floor and shower, and then to put in a kitchen backsplash. We've been happy with each project we've done with them. We love our new laminate floor in our kitchen and living room, and our carpet is amazing to walk on!
