We began looking at flooring at a big box store and then stopped at CarpetPlus COLORTILE. The selection was impressive and Jeff was knowledgeable and very helpful. They measured the floor and the price on the flooring was competitive with the big box store and better quality. Jeff Critchlow was the BEST sales representative to work with at CarpetPluse COLORTILE. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient with all of my questions. He always provided quick replies and definitely made me feel like a valued customer. The installers (Willie and Gary) were also AMAZING!
