I’ve used them for all my flooring needs for the last 6 years and each time the quality of products, customer service and installation has been excellent. Jeff and Craig were great! Jeff is well organized, communicates promptly and is very respectful to make sure everything is done right. I gave 4 stars just because the carpet wasn't installed properly the first time and it took some back and forth. However they were great to work with and wanted to make sure it was done correctly.

Jeff was great to work with. Listened to my needs and concerns and worked to find us the right materials for the job. Never felt like we were being "sold" anything, just helped with our project.
