The floor installer worked their tail feathers off by themselves on a weekend. Very nice installer. We got the credit card, but due to miscommunication on cost we chose a wrong amount so there was a balance left. Financial predators. If you can't pay all up front don't get the service. It did/does sound easy unless a curve ball gets thrown at you. No understanding.
They were closed when they was to b opened drove from Westside to go there.so I spent my money somewhere else
Staff were very nice and knowledgeable about their products. I've not made a purchase yet, so I can not tell you about the installation service. But the store was very clean. I was greeted at the door. Not like these big box stores who act like they don't care if you come in or not. Had a very nice selection of carpet. Vinyl, and backslash choices
We bought carpet in 2020 and was 💯 % satisfied. We went back last week. Found what we wanted and paid for it. He said he is the new manager and it showed. The guys that work there are awesome and went beyond to get our carpet delivered. If we buy again we will ask a different person, not impressed with the new manager at all! The contractor was super nice and apologized for all the miscommunication. He delivered our carpet at 9:45 pm
This is the best flooring store. And they have a really great installer that was so nice and my floors look amazing. And he did it with in the time he said.
