Horrible communication! We picked out products in the showroom only to find out that they discontinued with those products! (why have it on your showroom floor?) Wrong product ordered first time. Floors started to come apart in the kitchen and it took 3 times to get the install right. Trim was hung wrong first time and second time! Josh and his installation team matched a 10 year old oak floor with new oak in two carpeted bedrooms with amazing results. The installation including closets was perfectly and neatly done. Would highly recommend this company for customer service and great work!

We ordered the flooring and waited for a call to let us know when they would come over to measure. After 1 week and no call, I called them. They sent a guy over to measure and we are going on 2 weeks and haven't heard from them since. Needless to say, we have taken our business elsewhere.
