Great customer service! Highly recommend for any flooring needs. We got carpet installed in both our basement and living room. Very pleased with the outcome and Kodiak was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He did not try and up sell us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be returning for future flooring needs!!
Very happy with the entire process. Sales staff was helpful and no pressure. Instal was extremely good. Corey was professional, friendly and a hard worker. The new laminate looks amazing and makes our room look updated.

Carpets Plus installed 1/4" underlayment and luxury vinyl sheet in our kitchen in July, 2025. Dylan, the installer, has been in this trade for twenty years. His son Noah was assisting him. They did a beautiful job.
