Carroll's Carpets was great from start to finish. Installers were polite and professional. Prices were competitive as I got two other quotes and their price was similar to one company and thousands less than another. There was some miscommunication regarding needing a plumber to remove the toilet but they took care of the issue and paid for the plumber because they forgot to mention that we would need to remove the toilet ourselves or get a plumber to do so. So far I think Carroll's carpets has the best selection to go with if you need carpet for your home ...
If I could give more I would! They helped me out when lowes couldn't get it together. I bought carpet and just by chance.. they had an opening the next day. I had carpet installed within 24 hrs of purchasing!!!! Don't go to lowes or home depot! Come here! ((Don't mind my messy house with a baby lol)) but the carpet was exactly what we needed!
