This is a great dental office and I would highly recommend this office . The staff is great ! Front desk rocks it with Alba and Brenda . They really know how to make you feel welcomed when you walk into the office and start you off right . Keep it up castle !

Very unorganized… have been given the run-around about a $2,700 credit for over a month now and I was informed today that it had not even been initiated which means it will most likely be 30 more days before I will get my refund because of how the system is set up!!
Save yourself time and energy and do not go to this establishment. This is the worst location. The front desk staff are dry and unhelpful. I've been trying to get them to release my Invisalign paperwork to my new (and professional) dentist since APRIL 2022, and no dentist will sign off on it. My current dentist has contacted them multiple times and Castle Dental keeps sending back the WRONG document. And somehow the faxes my current dentist sends mysteriously get "lost". Do not go to this location at all. They are very unorganized rude. The 3 Hispanic very rude and nasty ladies in the front did not properly communicate my phone number which caused a cancelation in my appt and a whole day of work. Do NOT go to the Nolensville Location!
