Definitely the worst dental experience of my life. I went in with a filling that had fallen out, but no pain. I left with a crown and the worst dental pain I’ve ever felt. In addition to irritating the nerve, the temporary crown was left exposed for even more pain. Waste my money, really bad job, have to go somewhere else to redone.
I had oral surgery done and two minutes after my procedure I was being walk to the counter to pay for my service still loopy from the gas he was explaining to me the after care in which I didn’t remember anything he said!! And they didn’t explain that my insurance won’t cover my medicine! I did pay cash for my procedure but it should be explained before procedure! I hate this location with unimaginable passion. They are the best at scheduling you on days that they aren't open and then hoping you'll just be okay with rescheduling at the last minute. I've even been scheduled on a holiday before and they just gave me the professional "Oops". Today, the receptionist was sitting AT THE DESK but would not unlock the door. I call from outside. "We're closed, but can we reschedule." I'm done. I need a new dental office.
