Castle Flooring has been amazing to work with over the years! They have so many options and great advice on choices that will work well for your home and family! We had our carpet and baseboards replaced throughout our house last month and it looks amazing! They promised us they would complete the project in two days and they finished in one! We love the new carpet, the great quality, and how it has given our home the perfect facelift! Thank you so much!
This review is about 2 years late so hopefully things have changed. The price was decent and competitive. The service from the employees at the store was good, Sarah was the most helpful. That's about the only positive from our experience. Day 1: Demo guys didn't show up at the time they were supposed to and we got no calls letting us know. I called out castle flooring since I work for a contracting company to do the entire upstairs and partial downstairs in either LVP or carpet, he said he would get back to me several times with an estimate and I never even received one.it always seemed like a hassle to get a call back or to even get in touch with who they sent out.
