Castle Flooring has been amazing to work with over the years! They have so many options and great advice on choices that will work well for your home and family! We had our carpet and baseboards replaced throughout our house last month and it looks amazing! They promised us they would complete the project in two days and they finished in one! We had an exceptional experience with Castle Floors. They were extremely helpful explaining the difference in price and quality and installation was nothing less than perfect. They moved the furniture with great care and replaced it back as it was on the new floor - with "0" damage. It was a great experience with great people. If you flooring, I would give these folks a try.
This review is about 2 years late so hopefully things have changed. The price was decent and competitive. The service from the employees at the store was good, Sarah was the most helpful. That's about the only positive from our experience. Day 1: Demo guys didn't show up at the time they were supposed to and we got no calls letting us know. We used Castle floors for our statement stairs in our renovated condo. A few months later, we noticed a flaw in the one portion of the weave of the carpet. After understanding this was a manufacture's flaw, Castle Floors helped work to get a new, corrected piece of carpet. They then scheduled their installers who tore out the flawed carpeting and installed the new carpet the same day. It looks fabulous and we love it. Thank you for correcting the problem. We'd use Castle Floors again.
