I love the place. I love Maria's attention. She was a very kind person who guided us through the rental process. She’s dedicated and professional in her work. The place is always kept very clean. The grass is always trimmed same with the snow. The apartments are very clean and perfect ready to move in! Excellent manager.
Great, quiet and safe community! We have lived here for almost 3 years and have loved our place from day one. I enjoy the little random contests they run too. So much fun!
Best maintenance man ever, so knowledgeable and talented, kind, and a pleasure to have in our home, thanks Cedar Woods for keeping Saib :)
I would give a ten star review if I could. The homes are well built and energy efficient and the complex is quaint and friendly. The staff is very responsive and timely. When my husband died suddenly earlier this year, they showed great compassion and were very helpful. Maria is always so cheerful and efficient. I am thankful for all the wonderful people and staff we encountered at Chestnut Woods. It's a great community to live in.
My family and I have really enjoyed living in this community. All of the residents were pleasant and we made some good friends. Management was fantastic in promptly answering questions and having maintenance dispatched to resolve any concerns which did not happen often. Moving here was a positive experience and if the need arises we would move back there. Highly recommend.
