We were having a good experience with Rayo Flooring until this week. During the middle of our stair project, we changed flooring and contractors. No problem...Escondido Rayo and Donald worked with us to secure the new material. The project was completed this week on Monday after some delays and the holiday weekend. This review is for the Rayo store itself, not the flooring I purchased. So, I bought $8000+ of vinyl flooring and underlayment felt. Had a couple leftover unopened rolls of the underlayment felt. I also had four unopened boxes of flooring. They would not take them back even with a restocking fee. I highly recommend not buying from here. I learned my lesson. I will not buy from them again. They have all the flooring needs: carpet, vinyl, wood flooring, tile. They have good prices. They also deliver if needed.
