This review is for the Rayo store itself, not the flooring I purchased. So, I bought $8000+ of vinyl flooring and underlayment felt. Had a couple leftover unopened rolls of the underlayment felt. I also had four unopened boxes of flooring. They would not take them back even with a restocking fee. I highly recommend not buying from here. I learned my lesson. I will not buy from them again. By accident I came upon Rayo wholesale and I so happy that I did. I had received quotes from several companies for new Vinyl flooring and the service was horrible from many and some just didn’t seem at all interested to help. Stopped by and met with Donald who made some great recommendations based on where the flooring would be going on to whether if pets were at home to just a lot of different things I hadn’t even considered. Rayo wholesale has been my go to place for all my flooring needs . I’m a contracter and Donald is a very nice human being . He always take good care of my clients when i send them hes way and they always say something nice about him . Now it’s my turn thank you donald for always being so nice to myself and all my clients . Give that man a raise !
Went this weekend after calling and being told their pricing for laminate floor goes from $0.80 a sq ft to a max of $2.09 a square foot. Found about 8 samples that we liked and asked for the pricing, they were all $2.49 a sq foot. I called today to ask again about the pricing and a man named Donald answered, told me that they never give pricing over the phone or even in the showroom because they only sell to contractors.
