The apartments are nice and I enjoy living here but many of the rules that are specifically lauded out about pets, noise, smoking are not enforced at all
Century Hills has an excellent apartment unit support policy and staff.
Maintenance requests are always completed promptly
Current Staff trying to improve the quality but not as expected especially from security (no improvement and shows their negligence) and clealiness in buildings.
The web site is very easy to navigate. It is simple to use. Some response times were slow but completed OK.
The maintenance support at century hill is just amazing, i raised a maintenance workoder and in next 15 minutes it’s completed.. what more can we ask for .. Thank you for all your help ..
