After much debate, we finally choose Chapman's Flooring, White House, to begin replacing our kitchen floor, the first of four flooring projects. We hadn't used Chapman's before; but being a local business, we decided to hire them to remove and replace our kitchen floor only, just to gauge the quality of their work. Initially we requested 3 samples of plank flooring, and we did receive 2, but even after several requests, we never did get the 3rd. The installer stated he told the customer that there were going to be gaps where they took the hardwood out and suggested they not remove the hardwood but install over it since it was an LVP, he stated Mrs. B****** did not want to leave the existing flooring. Mrs. B****** came in and showed us the pictures of the gaps, we ordered her case kickers to install (at no cost to the customer) for the gaps in the trim.
