Been seeing Doc. Coulthard since 2001, have never had an issue or problem with him or his staff. Everyone is always friendly and very professional . Only thing that needs improvement is the company phone system it really sucks. I know they have done improvements over past few years but it still sucks. At times you can not get a live body, just recordings.
Excellent doctor, fantastic nurses and support staff. No waiting, got right in. Dr Higgs takes time w/ his patients so you don't feel herded through like cattle.
I was experiencing shortness of breath and was going to go to the hospital but Dr. Higgs got me in quickly. Spent time answering all my questions and came up with a great plan to help with the deal with problem. Also thanks to Jen and Laura.
Appreciate Dr.Higgs Coulthard, his Nurse Laura and all the staff at UPFM. Highly recommended as my health care provider and would recommend them to anyone looking for a physician.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! Dr. Higgs is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever come into contact with. Attended an appointment with a relative and now I realize why her care has been mismanaged years. Zero bedside manner. One of those types of doctors that talks to you like you’re stupid with a smug look on his face. Argues with you about every concern you bring up and why you’re wrong. Comes off as a miserable human, do better.
