After being very disappointed with another flooring store nearby, a coworker mentioned to try Chateau flooring. From the pleasant greeting at the from counter to discussions with the owner for a DYI project and having the materials need to finish the flooring, I am so glad I found this great flooring store. We needed our buckled carpet repaired and we contacted Chateau Flooring for help. Although they had not installed this 5 year old carpet, they recommended one of their best repair technicians to come fix our carpet. Denis was prompt and extremely knowledgeable having been in this business for over 30 years.
