I wonder is it standard practice to have staff from this office be so rude and arrogant. Is that the customer service they are trained to provide? I believe no homeowner should have the keys to their new home thrown at them as if coming tot he closing was an inconvenience to her. Very friendly, professional, experienced and helpful closers. Chicago Title is the Title Company to close with if you are buying or selling a home, or any other real estate.
