I think I have a valid claim to include a secondary condition. I've consulted CCK and they won't take my case. Read the comments they reply on other low ratings. Sorry we can't take every case. I get that and it's fine. At least have the courage to tell us why. My assumption is that they take cases where they can make money without working very hard. If you are a cash cow they'll be happy to poach your disability money

What brought me to Chisholm Chisholm and Kilpatrick is I was tired of being stuck at a percentage and I was getting nowhere with the VA. I reached out to Veterans Guardian and paid them to help me. They had a great plan for me in place and we had everything thing in place and the VA didn’t look at the documents and they still denied me so that’s why I pick the Law firm. I would give 10 stars if I could. I first contacted attorney Christine Clemens when she was with a different firm. She listened, for well over an hour, to me crying and ranting and really dejected. Then she asked me some questions and agreed to take my case. She advised it could take a long time and it did. She changed firms and gave me the option of taking my case elsewhere but I had no interest in a different attorney.
