I was Impressed with the staff, They really knew their stuff about my truck, and they didn't pressure me about any of its needs. They did stress the safety concerns, but I am glad they did. I will be back for sure!

These folks are great! Did top notch work, competitive pricing, and Awesome customer service. Ashley kept us posted on progress, as well as issues faced. She gave me options that allowed me to stay within my budget for the repairs. AND about a week out, my husband got a follow-up call, just checking on us and the repairs - ensuring we hadn’t had any further issues! Definitely THE BEST automotive shop I’ve ever used! (and I’ve dealt with a few) Recently had to have a new transmission and air flow sensor for my Rogue, and Chloe’s handled everything! Excellent, courteous, over-and-above service from the moment I stepped in the door! They promptly drove me back to my work location, completed a quick and through inspection, communicated throughout the experience, handled the warranty company and details there from start to finish (usually such a hassle – seriously, I didn’t even have to make the calls), provided a timely, inspected repair, and answered all my questions. Of course, it took a few days to complete a process like this. The staff and owner kept me updated and promptly returned calls. I’ve also used them to keep my daughter’s vehicle inspected, safe and road worthy when she needed new brakes. I can’t thank them enough for such great service and Five stars plus from me!

Their motto — The Kind approach —is so very true !Sometimes in life everything hits you at one time!! Well it happened to me today and to top it off my car wouldn’t start
I got my car to their shop this am and drove it home tonight
They repaired everything at an incredible price plus they handled my own breakdown without batting an eye or treating me like a crazy lady
They are the only place I will take my or my families car in the future.

I am so happy that Chloe’s came up on Google when we broke down on I75 S today. I was dreading the whole ordeal and the gouging prices charged by most garages off the interstate. Finding this shop was God’s blessing! I can’t even tell you how wonderful Deidre and Crystal were to us. They went way out of their way to help is, gave us a discount and even called a hotel for us to make a reservation. And even the mechanic, Moe, volunteered to work overtime on his Saturday to get our vehicle repaired so we could leave in the morning. These people treated us like we were family. Hands-down this is the best auto repair shop around! They truly care about what they do! I would recommend them to anyone. YOU WONT BE SORRY!!!! They make you feel at home at the moment you walk in the door! They have a lounge with cold drinks, TVs, and a kid area for the kids to play...
