Very friendly staff that truly knows flooring. With me being in a wheelchair, they directed me to the exact flooring that I need that's rated for continuous roll. No other flooring company has ever done that for me before. I would highly recommend Chrisman's to anyone looking for new flooring
We wanted to replace the carpet floor in one of our bedrooms with a wood plank floor and I dealt with D.J. about it.. he was very helpful and informative about our needs.. we placed our order and scheduled it for 7 days later.. they called me and asked if they could do it 2 days ahead of schedule and we happily accepted.. Don showed up on time and finished the job in about 2 and a half hours.. we absolutely love it.. great job.. very professionally done and reasonably priced.. we definitely recommend them..

We recently moved to Scottsboro and have used Chrisman's for 3 of our flooring projects. They were very helpful with the flooring we wanted. The installers have been very courteous and professional. The office staff is very knowledgeable and kind. We're getting ready to do another room in our house and we're going back to Chrisman's!
