They have lost 2 very good customers today have literally spent $1000’s in the Fenton store this year. We brought back a pair of cowboy boots (accidentally bought 2 PRs of the same boot) they had never been worn except to try on in the store. They wouldn’t take them back or trade for another pair of boots. The store manager said they had been worn and again they had NOT been worn. I will not shop there ever again!!
