I've been going to this gym for several years and I love it. Lots of room to work out in a variety of ways. Great space, nice people, and very clean and cheerful. I like the movie theater with treadmills and life cycles. Best gym I've ever been to and I've lived all over the country.

I appreciate the customer service. They are so friendly here Anthony they call him aunt. He speaks to everyone that comes in and everyone that leaves while giving great customer service to me. It made me join and he served me so well that I brought my brother and X to join I really appreciate you at and everyone is so friendly here. Keep up the good work San Bernardino Chuze Fitness.

Ruston is amazing! He had great customer service over the phone and found our lost item almost immediately. He was super formal and attentive and was able to set it aside.

Chuze Fitness is pretty big & offers different plans. Employees are friendly and helpful but some come off a sales man. This Fitness/gym is more for a younger crowd as it has a bunch of different amenities. Like saunas, massage chairs, smoothie station. This location gets hella packed and the parking lot is like a zoo! People drive crazy AF so be careful! Overall this Fitness/gym isn't for us but it may be for you.

Love this gym! It is always so clean. The Zumba class by Natalie is by far the best Zumba I have ever been in. The music is great and Natalie is so upbeat and fun. I also did a couple of LesMills classes and those are great as well. I will have to take advantage of the hydromassage as I have yet to do so, and of course the sauna. There are also a couple other classes I will be trying as my experience with Zumba and LesMills were above par. The bathrooms are always clean, music is not too loud. The machines are great, the staff is okay, but there is a few member they must think is a boxing gym because they take the whole stretching area to practice boxing and they put the other members on risk and even make them uncomfortable

I truly appreciate this location; the culture of San Bernardino is remarkable. Priscilla consistently makes me feel welcome and secure. Her positive energy is uplifting and makes it feel so welcoming. Additionally, she was very helpful in addressing my questions. Priscilla makes the gym feel like home
