I got a quote from CIC a month and a half ago after an in-home estimate. The estimate itself was fine, but a few thousand dollars more than the majority of the ones we got, so we ended up going with another vendor. I let the estimator (Cesar) know that we went with someone else and moved on with my life. I got a phone call yesterday offering a 15% discount on our estimate and reminded them that I had already gone with another vendor and we already have our new floors. CIC Floors provides 5 star service. Cesar came to our house and provided a quote with samples of floor options. The crew came and did an exceptional job with carpet removal and floor installation of several rooms. They were all cheerful and pleasant. Clara was very nice in helping us and Jeremy, the project manager was such a pleasure to chat with and discuss any concerns we had pre and post installation.
