Fair Uncomfortable bed and hard pillow Clean. Fair price.
Not family friendly for a midweek stay! I was very disappointed b/c my husband & I came with our 2 kids and there was no pool. They said we could use the pool at Silver Legacy if we purchased a $60 day pass. (Strike one!) Our room only cost $75. Also the prices for a room at Silver Legacy were $77 per night & included use of the pool. We chose Circus Circus so kids could play at the Midway Carnival and see some circus shows. There are No circus shows on Thursday when we were there! (Strike two!) never saw any hotel staff dur... read more
Front desk staff rude and rushed. Valet and bellhop staff very kind and helpful. Room as to be expected. Check in staff was rushed and not pleasant. Felt like basic questions were an inconvenience such as how to get to room where parking was and if they had a luggage cart. All simple questions that I’ve never had to ask for during check in at other hotels and all questions were answered in a rude tone. When coming back in from parking I even over heard a different guest asking about a luggage cart and they were rude to them ... read more
Disappointing The bathroom still had hair in it from the visitor before. Even though I had booked and paid for a king room they didn’t keep one available on the day, which meant we had to take a room with two smaller beds. Staff were rude and dismissive in general, except for those working in the casino itself. It’s a casino first and a hotel second. Location was good
Fair The escalators are broken, which causes a lot of confusion on where to go to check in, and it had a lot of sewer smell throughout the building, the room and the entire casino!
Fair The escalators being all blocked off and broken is really inconvenient confusing on where to go and there’s a few more smell throughout the entire room and casino
It was nice to be close to other hotels It was run down It was close to all the other hotels
The rooms were clean and nice. But if you’re like my husband and have a hard time walking, it was a We had a very long walk to the casino from our rooms. Also no table and chairs in the room. They did have a small desk & chair and another small chair
Poor value Heat did not work Staff was friendly
