Circus circus sucks I didn't like that I got charged four times for the same room for the same night The arcade cuz the machine sucked the hotel sucks the casino sucks

Bad The beds were hard as a rock, the sheets and towels have so much bleach on them that they could almost stand up in the corner. The shower had several inches of water in it while showering and took about 15 mins after to fully drain, the doors don't seal well so all the noise from the hall comes in the room, as does the smoke...on a non smoking floor and if you are in town for business, and not there to party all night...plan on staying awake to the noise of revving cars in the parking garage (like obnoxiously, over compe... read more
Okay place for families with older children, Not a stroller friendly hotel. The employees don't take in consideration your situation when they book you into a room. When you think of Circus Circus, you think Children. My daughter and I stayed her with her infant child who was in a stroller. When we checked in, we were placed in the north tower. To get to the elevator for this tower, we has to go up an escalator, up one set of stairs, then use a handi-cap lift to go down another set of stairs and then a handicap lift to go up... read more
Won’t be back unfortunately Staff that work here are very rude and unfriendly! I usually stay at GSR but wanted to try here. I think I will just stay at GSR much nicer staff! I can’t believe how rude everyone was here! The room was nice and clean,

Bad The front desk lady was super disrespectful, we were lost and the elevators were broken so I was on crutches and couldn’t go up escalators. I liked the room clean and comfortable
Fair The long wait to use the elevator was ridiculous. We had to walk down 21 flights of stairs at check out.
