Fair The long wait to use the elevator was ridiculous. We had to walk down 21 flights of stairs at check out.
Do better row The beds were very uncomfortable for a suite. Did not have a very goodnight sleep . Seems like there was only 3 elevators working. And other note, what is with broken escalators .we have been at the row twice this year and always encounter broken escalators Good size tvs .and the room was clean
Disappointing
I'd stay again. You just have to figure out the map of the place, then you can find your way around The room was too far away from checking in, the parking was horrible, and all you could smell was weed. I enjoyed the experience of the Vegas strip vibe.
It was an awful stay and I wish I wouldn’t have went on my trip now The lobby elevators were broken. Escalators were broken. I had to use the stairs because the lines for the elevators were ridiculous and would sometimes take over 30 minutes. The bedroom was very loud. And the hallways reeked like marijuana. The room was clean and the shampoo and conditioner was provided on the wall in the shower.
Experience outside of room was great. Unfortunately, inside room was a huge let down. The whole room could have been better. Cleaning could have been better. Light bulbs were out. Tv was tiny. No microwave. Blood spats on bathroom ceiling. Tv was not centered between beds and lighting in general was outdated. View was absolutely horrible. We liked the shower.
Poor
Terrible stay and was overly priced for our room. The room was dirty and smelt way to much like a room spray trying to mask the smells, walls were paper thin heard the other people partying in rooms until 2 am. I like that there were different options for food and things for our child to do.
Old, dirty, musty, only seen 2 staff the whole week, homeless people living in the hallway where the light Didn’t work,
