Disappointing
It should never take over 30 mins to take an elevator to your room. The elevators didn’t work to get to the hotel room. We had to go to the room a few times throughout the night. Each time the wait to go up was over 30 minutes. That’s insane. That it was at the row
Fair I checked in at 430pm but did not get to the room until 9pm. It was in the Sky Tower but it hadn't been cleaned. I went back to the main tower and was given a room there but the heater was on at 86° Overall once settled everything was fine

Bad There was no curtains in the room, a lot of light came in and we were having a hard time falling asleep. The bed would make so much noise every time we moved it wasn’t great. Good location
Stay away Contacted front desk multiple times, made me hold on the line for more than 45 mins and disconnected Nothing, they don’t even have a basic working WiFi in the room
charged my card when you weren't supposed to I didn't like that I was charged on my credit card $134.60 when that wasn't supposed to be the case!!!
