Expectations not met; we paid a premium price to stay in the Circus slums. The carpets in the halls were worn to an unacceptable level. The Premium King Suite we booked was dark, even during the day. The water pressure was poor, and the shower head didn’t work. The bed was lumpy and hard, and the blankets were thin. The pillows are lumpy. The television remote had many buttons not working. For amenities of such poor quality, the price for the room was 75% higher than it should be. The automated check-in kiosk was helpful.
Ok Room was not cleaned when we entered the room. Requested another room
Though our experience was fair, we probably won’t stay here again. - We had to wait in line to use the elevator to get to our room. - Unfortunately, we had a room near an elevator and the elevator was really loud. - the room was clean - housekeeping was attentive - my daughter had a lot of fun in the game area for kids
I would not stay here again they do not have hot water in the mornings I like that they have an arcade in the food court

Fair The elevator wait to go to room each night. When we checked in, it took over an hour to get upstairs. The hotel was so noicy, people running up and down halls and yelling. I paid for king bed, they didn't have available so 2 queens Location of downtown
I would not recommend or come back to this place From registering, it took so long to actually get in the elevator to go to your room. It is easy two hours. There were a lot of things there that were not working from elevators to electric stairs so we have to find a way around it and there were no regular stairs. The rooms were not clean specially the towels they had a lot of stains
Very Poor The Heater wasn’t working it was load and beds where hard
