Disappointing
Beautiful room of it had been clean. Bathroom was dirty. Has not been cleaned. Dirty dry crusty towels, soap on floor, hair on floor, towel hook broken and toilet paper dispenser see broken. Elevators having problems. Only one or two of six working in the sky tower. Unacceptable. Location

Disappointing We couldn't get the room we booked (king) because it wasn't clean. So we had to take another room with (2 queens) that hadn't been vacuumed. The pillows were too thick and uncomfortable. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom fell off the wall. The lighting was bad, especially in the bathroom it was awful.
Won’t stay there again The room smelled, the bathroom sink didn’t drain, the bed didn’t have any covers, the pillows were hard,had to,use the towels which didn’t work,at all, some of the lights where in plugged, so we didn’t have light do,ing into our room. Th room smelled really bad, the hotel is charging an extra 100 dollars to stay there, they also,don’t tell you what tower you are in when you book,, you find that out after you pay, at the hotel. Nothing
Very Poor So hard to park your car and find your room… it smells so bad…
