Significant problems with the casino's facilities and staff, A disappointing experience. They elevators dosen't work you have to wait like an hour to go to your room people was waiting in line trying to go to they rooms. Beds were so old, they make the noise, and The room was not comfortable, All you can hear the neighbors. Bar staff was really mean to me and my husband, the bar staff threw his change at him. Horrible Broken elevators, sewage smell by bathrooms in casino area, room smelled of mildew. Horrible experience.
Disappointing Rooms smelled like smoke, refrigerator didn't work. Elevators only half worked. Was charged a higher price than i booked for. Nice location
Gross Filthy DO NOT STAY HERE Nothing. Dirty, gross, filthy disgusting property. Elevators broken down. Had to climb 24 flights of stairs at 1am. Insane. Not to mention 20 people in a room in our tower we were staying in. Literally insane that this hotel doesn't monitor their guests and how many are in each room. Smoke free room smelt of smoke. elevators don’t work big lines everywhere to get in elevators. This hotel sucks. this is a mess of a hotel

Bad Elevator wasn’t working and we spent alot of time trying to get down we used the stairs all the way to 22 floor
