I had very bad services
Muy mala experiencia Muy poco personal Los elevadores no Serbian las linias de asta dos horas para tomar el acensor. Me toco subir por las escaleras 18 pisos mas 5 veses
Very Poor
Poor every time when I wait for the elevator it takes a long time, we had to wait for about 30 minutes. I also found a used towel in a drawer and someone’s underwear on the floor. Our stay was ok but could’ve been better and the rooms could’ve been cleaner.

Fair The shower was amazing
Fair Was not informed of everything that wasn’t working before check in. All the escalators seemed to be broken and there was no stroller access to get to the room. We had to pick up strollers and carry them up the stairs, not the Easiest with a 2 year old and 1 year old. Room was big, clean, spacious
They gave me a basic room with 2 queens, and I was supposed to get a king suit with a hot tub
Poor The room smelt horrible. My shower never got hot. You cour smell the drain in the shower. Housekeeping started knocking on my door at 9am. After I asked for a late check out. That it was close to downtown.
