Poor The room smelt horrible. My shower never got hot. You cour smell the drain in the shower. Housekeeping started knocking on my door at 9am. After I asked for a late check out. That it was close to downtown.

Fair Businesses at the Row no longer have 24 hour services. It was nice getting a cup of coffee or a snack at 3 am other then a restaurant. The restaurant is the only option now. Room.

Paid for bad quality The toilet wouldn't flush that well the room thermostat didn't work so had to use the air units. For the price I paid I expected a better room and quality. I will not book that place again. And no light switches in the room to light up the room?? Why circus circus why?? The location is good.

We probably will never stay here again I didn’t like that the staff seemed very untrained and emotionless. Every time I asked someone something they either couldn’t help, didn’t know, or did it without engaging. Also, we have a stroller and getting to the sky tower was a pain because the electric lifts were. Or working and the two employees we asked did not know how to operate them. We usually always stay here because the arcade is fun and food selection is decent.
poor which is unusual Long lines to check in and the automated check in are not easy to access or utilize. Additionally, the heating unit in my room was not working so adjusting the temperature was not an option. Lastly, big fight in room next to my went on for hours, call security but no response. Always a good value and location
