Disappointing
Poor I arrived at 1 AM after a 5-hour drive, but check-in was delayed over 30 minutes because only one staff member was available, and the family ahead of me had a lengthy discussion. After a long journey, this was frustrating. Please consider adding staff or streamlining the process during late-night hours to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you! Really good room for its price.
