Bad Very outdated not very accessible with luggage having to carry it down and upstairs
Poor None of the restaurants were open. The place is under construction and no wheel chair access in the skyway area. Things were not clearly marked with directions on how to get place to place. No ramps are available, and we had to drag/carry our luggage up/down multiple flights of stairs. The TV remote was broken. The AC did not work very well, and it took hours to cool the room down. The room was decent and clean. The bed was comfortable. For the price, I expected more.
Fair Room heater makes loud noise that makes impossibly to sleep. Also refrigerator not working in one of thre rooms I reserved.
I enjoyed it except the soda machine scamming.me out of $10.00. The only complaint is the coke /soda machine says $3,20 if you pay via card. On two separate ocasións I was charged 8.20 each time. That's 5.00 extra twice. $10.00 adds up. Especially when you aren't aware of it until you check your transactions. If you are going to charge 8.20 per soda at least advertise the correct price and don't rip people off. It was fine. My room was far from the lobby but I didn't mind.

Family friendly hotel I think the beds should have real comforters on them as the sheets and the duvet were not comfortable at all. Me and my family thought the same. There was no toothpaste provided in the bathrooms, which I feel like, iIt should have been. More restaurant options should be made available for the guest. I love the family-friendly hotel theme. This is the place to go whether you're traveling with children or alone. It's located right on the main strip in the heart of Reno..
It was okay other than walk to room We were booked into the Skytower. The walk from the registration desk went on & on & on. There was an escalator for the first set of stairs but for all the stairs after (3 I believe) there was none. No luggage cart either. The walk felt like miles. We heard lots of other guests complaining about the ridiculous distance from registration to elevators to guest rooms also. There were no microwaves in room. Lamps & such were very dusty The bed was comfortable. The view from the windownot bad. ... read more
