I would not stay at this hotel again, I rather find something outside the casino. I disliked the parking instructions since the operator kept sending me to other departments on the phone and wouldn’t explain how parking worked. The property was bad, elevators were slow and made very weird noises while moving, automatic escalator to lobby downwards wasn’t working so we had to go around a lot to just get there, the entire place reeked of cigarettes but its a casino, and when we checked in, the person in the front desk changed ... read more
Won’t be staying again The rooms were very old, the carpet freaked me out to walk on barefoot it looks really worn out and old. I also requested a special service for my and my new husband for our honeymoon which was accepted and I got a notification saying it was accepted and then when we got to the room they hadn’t done it. No pool or anything besides food and arcade. Won’t be staying there again unfortunately The location and food options within casino
Very Poor
Shoul have went somewhere else The staff was not friendly. The place is dirty. They gave us the wrong room. The sky tower tram doesn’t work and you have to walk a long ways to get anywhere, up and down multiple stairs. Nothing
Bummed at the Circus First they assigned us a room that was reeking of cigarette smoke. (We booked a non smoking) Then they reassigned us another room and did not give us the type of room we booked and paid for. (We booked a Deluxe King Non Smoking)They switched us to a double queen without our permission and said they could because it was in the fine print. The hallways were dirty and smelled bad. The parking garage elevators were broken. Escalators were broken in the hotel and casino. Not a very relaxing or fun experience.... read more
Very disappointed. We should have stayed in Tahoe. It was too difficult to find our way around, escalators were not working, several steps to get to Sky tower, cigarette smells even out of the permitted area, parking elevator stinks marijuana, food court very messy and dirt. We didn’t like our stay at all. The casino was connected to Silver Legacy which was a much better casino. Room was okay.
I should’ve kept driving or slept in the Walmart parking lot. It was gross. It felt like an hourly motel. And the staff all seemed like zombies. Dead eyes and all. Nothing
Fair All Handicapped rooms should be in main tower, not Sky Tower. Inconvenience with a loved one that is an amputee and in a wheelchair. Inside access to Sky Tower for someone in a wheel chair was not acceptable.
