Disappointing The facility seems in desperate need of repair and maintenance. Escalators broken, Not enough outlets in the room or no working outlet for the coffee maker.
Disappointing The amount of light in the bathroom was too dim making task difficult and sink was too shallow The escalators were down all over making it difficult for someone who is unable to do stairs. Location and size of room food court and food choices were good, although many locations closed due to lack of guests but that is not my problem. We choose it due to it being a row connected to other casinos
Use to love to come play at this hotel and casino have second thoughts now Checked in automated system sent us to sky tower long walk get there doesn’t say the floor 29 floors after checking like the 10 different floors , gave up and called the front desk lady sent us to floor 4 was. Updates needed Updates needed. Have not seen any in years. That whole carpet through the whole property needs to be pulled out and replaced as well as the furniture. You can tell the cleaners do their jobs however a lot is out of their hands and needs to be updated/replaced. Location
