It's a room to sleep in... The hotel was old, dingy and some broken/ dirty looking room amenities. When the neighbors opened their door at 2am, it sounded like our door was opening. Which freaked me out from a dead sleep. location was easy to explore Reno.
Fair finding the hotel lobby at CircusCircus was terrible. There is zero signage to find the lobby. We walked .7 miles from the entrance through the casino and went to the wrong hotel in the complex network and had to get directions after waiting in the wrong line for thirty minutes with just two receptionists and one on the phone and the other took twenty minutes with one family. Very poor set up. all ok
Reno eine sterbende Stadt Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Suite selbst war sauber aber das ganze Haus selbst war sehr schmuddelig und auch sehr laut. In unserer Suite haben die Vorhänge gefehlt, es gab nur einen Sonnenschutz der den Raum nicht abgedunkelt hat, schlafen war bei dieser Beleuchtung auch im 22. Stock nicht möglich, wir haben provisorisch eine Decke angebracht. In unserer Suite mit Verbindungstür hat im Nebenzimmer jemand ab 2:00 morgens randaliert. Staying at the Circus Circus is horrible!!! The air conditioner was subpar and so loud it did not maintain temperature , the toilet ran the entire stay the pillows were flat and small and when I called to ask for more I was told that I was only allowed one extra and a queen bed they were only given two pillows per bed, the refrigerator did not work, there was no microwave available the food that I ordered from downstairs was hard by the time I got to my room and had no way to warm it up completely ruined dinner was unable to... read more
Bad I couldn't figure out if where the registration was and called them 3 times and kept getting offshore. I actually ended up cancelling and didn't even stay because I was circling around for 15 min

Old property in need of a major update Vey old rabbit warren building, very dated and in need of a major revamp. The walk from the checking desk to our room was not well signed, up & down stairs with suitcases. The maintenance issues within the room. Proximity to the show that we were attending.
