Najslabszy hotel w USA w jakim byłem. Czystość odpływów kanalizacyjnych, zawalone filtry od klimatyzacji. Ogólnie 20 lat temu to byl dobry hotel. Teraz drugi raz bym nie przyjechał. Parking, miejsce w centrum.

Second night experience we were woken up at 2:30 am by loud and disrespectful youths partying outside their hotel room i Over pricing of vending machines. Product very small amount - price gouging The location
Good location and convenient shuttle. Highly disliked the need to take stairs up and down with luggage Not accessible - so many stairs, both up and down. There is technically a way to get up without manually climbing the stairs but it was too cumbersome to bother. Very onerous with luggage! Airport shuttle very helpful
Fair They down graded my room from a king size bed to a double queen because they don't have many king size rooms. The shower was broken and the tub was slow to drain. The place was clean.
Disappointing
Fair The person who checked us in gave bad directions on how to get to our room. We got lost and finally a worker helped us Close to all the casinos
Directions in the parking structure could have been better Parking Central Location
August 18-25 Reno 2024 There was no pool, there is nothing other than gambling to do during the week. The restaurants were very expensive and there wasn't any outside food places near to the property. The price was ok, and even having to leave early, I was able to get some funds back.
